Samsung Electro-Mechanics included in the FTSE4Good index for 12 consecutive years

▶Named to the FTSE index for 12 consecutive years with an overall score of 4.0/5 in the top 8%
▶Incorporating ESG into business operations based on 3Ps (Planet, People, Progress)

 

FTSE4Good

Samsung Electro-Mechanics has been included in FTSE4Good for 12 consecutive years since 2011. The company achieved an overall score of 4.0/5 in the top 8%, which is an improvement over last year.

 

FTSE4Good is a sustainability index that comprehensively evaluates the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices of companies around the world and is published by the Financial Times Stock Exchange (FTSE).

 

In addition to FTSE4Good, Samsung Electro-Mechanics has received recognition for its achievements in sustainability, including being selected for the Dow Jones Sustainability Indexes (DJSI) World Index for 13 consecutive years, becoming the first in the industry to receive “environmental footprint” certification from Carbon Trust, and earning "Zero Waste To Landfill (ZWTL)" validation for all plants in Korea.
